ClearVista is a small software studio in California. Our apps are built to keep as much as they can on your device, and most keep everything there. When an app needs more, such as an account or a way to send something to another person, its section below says what, or points to the app's own policy.
clearvista.ai is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no trackers, and loads nothing from third parties except its host's cookieless visit count. There is nothing here to sign up for.
Like any website, it is delivered by a hosting provider, whose servers process your IP address in order to send you the page. We see aggregate traffic counts, measured without cookies. We do not see who you are.
Because the site does not track you, a Do Not Track signal changes nothing. There is nothing to opt out of.
Held keeps your goals, check-ins, and verdicts in the app on your phone. There is no account and no server behind it. When Held composes a message to your witness, it hands that message to your own Messages or Mail app, and you send it yourself, from your own address. We never see your goals or your messages.
If you export your data, the export is a file on your device, and where it goes is up to you.
nonna is made for young children, so it is built to collect nothing. No accounts, no ads, no analytics. Play stays on the device.
The grown-ups panel can export play data as a file. That file is in the adult's hands, not ours.
Lessons, quizzes, flashcards, and the formula reference work offline, on your device. Your progress and your streak stay there too.
Watching a video takes an internet connection, and YouTube, which hosts the videos, sees the request, the way any video stream works. Requesting a video walkthrough opens a Google Form in your browser. Google processes what you type there; we receive the topic you asked for, and we use it to make the video and for nothing else.
The app is free and carries ads served by Google. They are not personalized: every ad request is tagged as being for someone under the age of digital consent, there is no tracking prompt and the advertising identifier is never used, and the content is capped at General Audiences. There is one full-screen ad at the break after a lesson, plus the rewarded ads you choose to watch, and nothing inside a lesson, video, quiz, flashcard, or your notes. To serve them, Google may collect device and interaction data under Google's own policy. We do not receive it.
How the app handles data is set out in its own privacy policy, at clearvistaai.github.io/fatto-support/privacy-policy.html.
Downloads and subscriptions run through Apple, under Apple's own privacy policy. Apple shows us aggregate numbers about our apps. It does not show us who you are.
If you write to us at founder@clearvista.ai, we receive your address and whatever you send, and we use them to reply. We do not keep mailing lists.
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
